Founder

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University and brings over 20 years of experience in the field. She provides organizational oversight while remaining clinically involved to ensure teams are supported and families receive consistent, high-quality services.
As the parent of an adult with autism, Lisa brings a deeply personal, family-centered perspective to leadership and collaboration.

Operations Director 

Nicole earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Georgian Court University and brings experience providing ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings. She has been with ABA4You for over 12 years and supports the daily flow of services while remaining clinically involved to help ensure consistent, high-quality care for families.

Nicole’s passion for the field is deeply personal, inspired by growing up with a twin sister with autism.

PsyD, BCBA-D, LBA

Clinical Consultant

Val brings extensive experience in both clinical and school-based settings and holds a doctorate in Clinical and School Psychology. She serves in leadership and supervisory roles and is an adjunct professor in the ABA graduate program at Endicott College, supporting the training of future clinicians.

Val is passionate about delivering effective, ethical ABA services that help children succeed across home, school, and community settings.

Clinical Quality Lead

Ann is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She supports learners while mentoring and guiding clinical staff to help ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Ann values collaboration and creating a supportive, family-centered environment where both children and staff can thrive. She finds great fulfillment in seeing learners make meaningful progress alongside dedicated clinical teams.

Assistant DIrector 

Ty earned her Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and has been with ABA4You since 2019. She remains clinically involved while supporting staff and guiding children through engaging activities that build language, social, and play skills.

Ty is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for every child and family and is bilingual in Portuguese.

Clinical Supervisor

Heather earned her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from Rutgers University. She brings experience providing ABA services in both home and clinic settings and has worked in clinic-based care for over three years.

Heather is especially interested in verbal behavior and behavior assessment and enjoys supporting learners in both pre-inclusion and inclusion settings.
