ABA4You is a women-owned, veteran-owned, BCBA-led organization. We are clinician-led — not corporate or private-equity backed — and work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University and brings over 20 years of experience in the field. She provides organizational oversight while remaining clinically involved to ensure teams are supported and families receive consistent, high-quality services.

She has been with ABA4You for over 12 years and supports the daily flow of services while remaining clinically involved to help ensure consistent, high-quality care for families.

Nicole’s passion for the field is deeply personal, inspired by growing up with a twin sister with autism.

Val brings extensive experience in both clinical and school-based settings and holds a doctorate in Clinical and School Psychology. She serves in leadership and supervisory roles and is an adjunct professor in the ABA graduate program at Endicott College, supporting the training of future clinicians.
