Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®)

ABA4U is looking to hire BCBAs, with both full time and part time opportunities available!! Full time BCBA hours are 8:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Part time hours are negotiable. Home cases for family training are also available.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Assess client’s needs
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Create Behavior Intervention Plans
Provide direct supervision weekly
Create & Update Treatment Plans & Progress Reports
Complete parent training sessions
Analysis of data
Provide training to clinical staff
Coordination with team members & related service providers
